Sharon Stirling holds a Master's degree in counseling and an additional two years of Advanced Graduate Studies.  She has extensive experience counseling adults, children and teens for a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transition and losses, as well as working with individuals with eating disorders.  Sharon uses traditional therapy modalities like cognitive behavioral methods as well as creative modes.  Sharon has a grown son.  Her therapy dog, a 12 pound Shih Tzu, Abby often assists her.
